We also made a separate website: http://purpleheartca101.org/index.htm

The National Purple Heart Trail was expanded to include our local Highway 101 from Montery County, through San Luis Obispo County, to Santa Barbara County.

Along the way, signs have been installed near the offramps to the following Veteran Venues:

Camp Roberts Historical Museum San Ardo
Estrella Warbirds Museum Paso Robles
Faces of Freedom Veterans Memorial Atascadero
Veterans Memorial Museum San Luis Obispo
Camp San Luis Obispo Museum San Luis Obispo
Museum of Flight Santa Maria
Vandenberg Air Force Base Los Alamos

Members Tim Haley (past Commandant) and Chuck Ward spearheaded the effort to make this happen...along with the Detachment Support.
